In the kitchen, Chef Etienne Berg and his team are always on the lookout for well-sourced products to devise creative buffets.
They play with flavors, revisiting traditional French dishes and organizing encounters between ingredients that don't usually cross paths. Monkfish lasagne, pulled pork and lentil dhal, sea bass tartare with braised endives, beef cheek parmentier... what makes the difference? Gourmet sauces.

Every Saturday lunchtime, Les Maisons de Campagne's buffets feature the classic recipes of our grandmothers! Blanquette de veau (veal stew), wonderfully crispy roast chicken, boeuf bourguignon (beef bourguignon)... all generously prepared and, of course, all you can eat!

This summer at the Maison du Val, we’re swapping to-do lists for artist workshops. Here, paintbrushes take the place of planners, and the Maison du Val becomes the setting for mini art retreats for young and old alike.
Headlining the event: passionate artists will lead daily workshops to create, imagine, express themselves… and reconnect with what truly matters.
Welcome to a place where the art of living meets creativity. For three or four days, the house becomes an artistic playground: ceramics, collage, painting, writing…
3- or 4-day format: 2 children's workshops and 2 adult workshops per day
