THE CHEF AND HIS TEAM
In the kitchen, Chef Etienne Berg and his team are always on the lookout for well-sourced products to devise creative buffets.
They play with flavors, revisiting traditional French dishes and organizing encounters between ingredients that don't usually cross paths. Monkfish lasagne, pulled pork and lentil dhal, sea bass tartare with braised endives, beef cheek parmentier... what makes the difference? Gourmet sauces.

Our XXL tables are dressed to the nines for your parties and receptions. And if there's nothing to celebrate, it's still possible to get your whole tribe together for an aperitif, dinner, lunch or Sunday brunch .

Grandma's breakfasts
Every Saturday lunchtime, Les Maisons de Campagne's buffets feature the classic recipes of our grandmothers! Blanquette de veau (veal stew), wonderfully crispy roast chicken, boeuf bourguignon (beef bourguignon)... all generously prepared and, of course, all you can eat!

THE CAVE
Here, you don't meet the sommelier armed with a corkscrew; you choose your own bottle from a selection of grape varieties to match the dishes.
Over the water at the Château de Villiers-le-Mahieu
POOLDAY
There's nothing like a pool day at Château de Villiers-le-Mahieu for a breath of fresh air. During the day, enjoy :
- Access to the outdoor swimming pool from 10am until 6pm
- All activities in the field
- Buffet lunch with drinks included and at will (from 12.30 to 14.00)
- Snack time from 4 to 5 pm
Offer valid from July 4.
Offer valid Monday to Friday, rates €95/adult, €45/child.
The Spa area and the indoor swimming pool of the Château de Villiers-le-Mahieu are not accessible in the Pool Day offer.
